Are you providing feedback loops for people to give you feedback on how they feel with the AI? Whether the AI worked for them or not? Whether they felt it was fair or not? Whether it was biased or not? And what would they like to see it change? So as long as we are able to do this, if we take a systems thinking perspective, frankly, number one. Number two, we put users in control as creators, controllers and finally focus on what is explainable, not just what is interpretable. Then I think we will automatically drive trust and credibility and then we will reduce the fear that people have in using AI.
